Extreme beauty practices are very old, some stayed unchanged through history,some developed, but there are also some new practices like plastic surgery. Most people think that only women do plastic surgeries and silicone implants, but today things are changing. Every day more and more men do plastic surgeries, main cause of this change is that men are realizing that looking young and fit is very important in today`s society. To get in good shape and look fit, we need some time and effort, and we all know that time is the most valued thing today, so plastic surgeries look like logical solution. Studies proved that people who look fit have more confidence and success in life.We all know about simple surgeries for man as face lifting, botox, hair adding, but today men can use surgeries to get perfectly shaped muscles using silicone implants, so to look good today you just need some money and not that much time.

I know you are trying to be specific when you talk about "male plastic surgery." But after reading your paragraph, I don't see the difference between male plastic surgery and female plastic surgery. Women also do face lifting, botox, hair adding, etc, don't they? If both men and women are doing the same kind lastic surgeries, it is not necessary to classify them as male or female plastic surgery. It is true that men in the past didn't do much plastic surgery, so you can only say that the trend has changed.
