Chinese food

Chinese food is becoming a globally food those years; there are several Chinese restraints in many countries; however, is it really Chinese traditional food? For example, America has American Chinese food, the taste is more sweet than traditional Chinese food, and also it cooks very faster and easier because it is can be more similar than fast food in America. However, Chinese food is more focus on four types of dish. First, Chinese food considers the material which is good for human health. And then, it must be colorful and the smile must be perfect. And last one the more important one is taste. Chinese food focuses on the taste; we have lots of different seasoning to cook different dishes, such as Sichuan red paper is more hot and spicy; Shanghai’s seasoning is sweeter; and Northeast part of China’s soy sauce is more salt. Therefore, Chinese traditional food is so complex to cook and so delicious to eat by a long time history. It must be better than American Chinese food or something else.

    The concept of tradditional Chinese food is interesting.I tried American Chinese food, but it was also different from Japanese Chinese food. I want to try the tradditional one.
