In Saudi Arabia, women have different ways to show their beauty. one of the most common thing is Henna, which is similar to tattoo but it is temporary. Henna is a natural plant and it has many benefits for the human. many people wonder how to make this plant to be like tattoo, it's simply by dry the leafs ,then crush it, and mix it with water and some other stuffs that can found in every home. also, Henna is a symbol of happiness, the women used to use Henna in weddings and parties, but the bride must use it in her weddings day as a traditional habit. there is also other use for Henna which is dying the hair with different colors, not only for style but to get the benefits from the plant.

By the way, Henna cannot be considered a kind of extreme beauty practice because it does not cause any harm to the human body. Like you've said, it is even good for human. So, I can only be considered a kind of body decoration. - Miranda

ReplyDeleteI have seen the similar temporary tatoo for brides in Nepal. The design was so beautiful and complicated that I guess it might takes long time to draw. If so, brides must wait quietly without any movement. Does it require such patience? Then you call it extreme beauty.
